The Challenge
Their existing brand was all about sports—dynamic and bold. But as they looked to enter more refined markets, this image didn't quite fit. They needed to make the right first impression. Without updating their branding, they risked being misunderstood by potential clients who valued elegance and sophistication.
The Journey
We started by getting to the heart of who they were and where they wanted to go. Clarifying their values, purpose, and positioning was key. The goal was to create a brand that conveyed trust, excellence, and a touch of luxury.
I designed a new logo that combined confidence with elegance. Hand-drawn to add authenticity, it helped Aurora stand out as a strong and dependable partner in their new markets. The logo wasn't just a symbol; it was the first step in telling their new story.
Choosing the right typography was just as important. I selected 'Portrait' from Commercial Type—sharp and distinctive, inspired by the French Renaissance. It added a layer of refinement. Paired with 'Larsseit', a clean and readable sans-serif, we struck a balance between elegance and clarity.
The Outcome
The rebrand changed how Aurora was perceived. They now had an image that opened doors in the lifestyle, fashion, and luxury sectors. Their branding matched their ambition.
